Whale Shark Bangle – Sterling Silver or 14k Gold Vermeil

Simply stunning and uniquely ocean-inspired, our Whale Shark Bangle celebrates the gentle giant of the sea. Each piece is handcrafted for everyday wear and designed to capture the grace of the world’s largest fish, known for its constellation-like spots and calm presence.

Materials & Finish

  • STERLING SILVER - .925 Sterling Silver with Rhodium Plating – Water-safe, tarnish-resistant, and perfect for life in and out of the ocean.

    Care Instructions:

To maintain its natural brilliance, simply rinse with fresh water after ocean swims and store in a soft, dry pouch. Sterling silver is water-friendly and designed for a lifetime of adventures. Please note chemicals from Chlorine pools or spas can damage your jewellery overtime.

  • 14k Gold Vermeil – A thick 2.5-micron layer of real 14k gold over sterling silver. For longest wear, remove before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes or lotions. Gold vermeil will not turn your skin Green or Black, but care extends the life of the gold layer. (Wear and tear on gold plating is not covered under warranty.)

Fit & Sizing

  • One Size, Semi-Adjustable: 71 mm inner diameter, 30 mm opening at the widest point.

  • Fits wrists up to approximately 190 mm.

  • Gently Mould around your wrist; avoid stretching more than a few millimeters to prevent damage.

How to Put On & Remove Your Whale Shark Bangle 🦈

Your bangle is designed to be gently moulded to your wrist. Avoid stretching or opening the bangle more than a few millimetres at a time, as excessive bending can weaken the sterling silver.

To put it on:

Turn your hand/wrist to approximately a 90° angle and gently slide the opening of the bangle over the narrowest part of your wrist. Once in place, gently mould the bangle around your wrist for a comfortable fit.

To take it off:

Gently open the bangle just a few millimetres. Turn your wrist to approximately a 90° angle, then gently pull the bangle from just underneath the whale shark’s head and slide it off your wrist.

Important: Please do not pull directly on the whale shark or repeatedly over-stretch the bangle. Excessive bending or stretching can weaken the silver and may cause the bangle to snap.

Damage caused by over-stretching, excessive bending or incorrect handling is considered accidental damage and is not covered under our warranty.

Returns
14-day return for faulty items or change of mind. Item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Accidental damage or over-stretching is not covered.

Inspired by the Ningaloo Reef
The Ningaloo Marine Park in Western Australia is one of the few places on earth where whale sharks gather close to shore in large numbers. From March to August—with peak sightings April through July—you can witness these beautiful filter feeders cruising through turquoise waters alongside manta rays and vibrant coral gardens.
